How to get started with our group sessions

We have 2 options you can choose from when getting started depending on your level of experience and confidence with training in group environments

1 PT + 1 Week Group Sessions – £25

This is the best option if you’re getting back into fitness or haven’t got much experience with this type of training.

You’ll have a 1-2-1 intro session with one of our coaches who will show you where everything is, take you through a basic assessment of where you are at and teach you some of the key basics. Then you’ll be ready to try a full week of group sessions before deciding if you want to carry on with group or spend a bit more time doing PT until you are ready.

Free Trial Week

If you’ve been training for a while and are confident with functional fitness in a group environment then you probably just want to check the place out and see if you like the vibe.

If that’s the case then you can book a free trial week and see how you get on before commiting. Our coaches will make sure you settle in, guide you through the sessions and make sure you know what you’re doing.
